  • The application has a registered Australian Business Number (ABN) or an Australian Company Number (ACN)
  • The applicant organisation is solvent
  • The applicant organisation is not under external administration
  • The organisation and its' Directors do not have any adverse findings recorded against them
  • The application is not for reimbursement of funds that have already been spent
  • The application is not for activities that are aimed at meeting religious or political objectives that do not advance the interests of an inclusive and cohesive Australian society
  • The application is not for activities that may be risk to public safety.
